, BRADFORD , MANCHESTER AND LEEDS

On Friday we landed at Leeds/Bradford airport . My sister came a little bit late and picked us up, we were freezing out there! We really enjoyed our stay in England, despite the horrible weather... we had rain, sun, wind ... and a little bit snow as well! We had everything in 6 days! It was very cold up there!
We visited Manchester, York, Leeds and of course Bradford, where my sister is working as a language assistant. Bradford is not a very beautiful city, and as an old man told us at the airport: the only good thing about Bradford ist the way out.... *lOl* My favorite city was York, founded by the Romans, with the York Minster, the shambles and the walls.
